Because I haven’t experienced what it is you must be going through, I must first ask some important questions before we get to the checklist: is there a possibility that you’re really being paranoid that your “haters” exist? Maybe you’re overly self indulgent even? I’m just asking…
But I ask, because there’s a distinct trait that gives rise to this persistent state of paranoia that we must also address. You’ll find that it’s a major player in determining whether what you’re believing to be true is really in your head or if you’re really that epic and a target for haters.
This distinct trait, the star player highlighting all this “badmind” in your life, is popularly known as NARCISSISM. I’ll define:

I have been witnessing an influx of instances of this mental disorder across my social media feeds, generally to my amusement. But in reflecting, I realized that some of these people may actually believe they are being preyed upon and it may not be such an amusing factor on their end.
That train of thought led me to compose a little self assessment checklist that may assist such individuals in determining if they really have haters or people simply don’t like them or the life they’re about.
By the mere definition of narcissism (above), you can see how possessing this trait may interfere with your responses to my checklist, right? But you’re the only one here now…assessing your own self privately. Let’s put the emotions aside, and have a try at being real…
“THE CHECKLIST”
🔲 Do I have an element of natural beauty that others are deprived of and most would aspire towards?
🔲 Do I have a natural body type that most people admire and aspire for, but would be too lazy to achieve?
🔲 Do I engage in activities that most people would appreciate being able to enjoy but can’t?
🔲 Do I travel to places that most people cannot afford to visit?
🔲 Have I attained a level of success at a stage in life where most other people at this stage have failed to achieve?
🔲 Do I own assets that most people would love to own but cannot afford?
🔲 Do I have a natural talent that most people would be envious of?
🔲 Am I smarter than the average and have also translated that to wealth?
🔲 Have I attained a level of “fame” that most people would do anything to attain?
ASSESSMENT RESULTS
CHECKED OFF -0- Items: You most certainly DO NOT HAVE HATERS. People simply don’t like you, or what you do, or how you do whatever it is that you do. Oki? 🙈
CHECKED OFF -1- Item: There is a possibility that people simply don’t like you. Add the fact that you have something good going for you that they don’t believe you deserve because you’re not likable, they’re annoyed by you. Their disdain may also be that you’re too boastful about this ONE thing you really have going for you. 😏
CHECKED -2 or More- Items: AND are generally considered a sweetheart by your close peers??? YOU MOST CERTAINLY HAVE HATERS in these times. Go on with your Beautiful, Successful Self! 🙌
BUT THE REST OF YOU, while you’re on Social Media posting your favorite “HATERS” memes and quotes, really take a moment to READ how these said memes and quotes align “HATERS” with SUCCESS, WEALTH, BEAUTY, TALENT, & LIFESTYLE. And know that if you possess NOT these things, PEOPLE JUST DON’T LIKE YOU or WHATEVER YOU’RE ABOUT. You don’t have HATERS! Sorry.

What’s it to YOU what a woman feels about her babydaddy…says about her babydaddy…and how much she publicly embarrasses her babydaddy??? WERE YOU THERE WHEN THEY MADE LOVE? Did he SEEK YOUR COUNSEL before navigating her vaginal walls???!!!!!!!!!
With #SocialMedia comes the wave of USUALLY OFF LIMIT topics that TROLLS take up on their heads to form opinions about and spread their propaganda without having even 1% of the ACTUAL LINE OF EVENTS. No chain of custody for the “assumptions” they use to regurgitate vitriolic statements, often to assassinate the character of and bully the woman involved. Before I proceed:
TROLLS: (n) Bitter and nosey motherfuckers who TYPE THE MOST SHIT under the false pretense of being protected by their computer screens, usually about things they know not, but are quite MUM in real life when you crash into their bum ass lives.
I’ve long felt this way about Internet folks and their opinions about the way consenting adults engage each other regarding their children, even before I became a mother myself. I just always felt that this topic falls under the “mind your fucking business” umbrella, not to be interfered with by passersby. There are so many other less invasive things to gripe and cackle about in this life, than to be all up in people’s personal lives and how they govern it. Now recently, I came across this visual bullshit on #Instagram:
Now evidently, this is a sentiment shared by many a dumb motherfucking trolls. But I’m going to show you in 3 basic (an adjective you’re used to) points, HOW THE FUCK YOU’RE DUMB:
1. YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY DATING YOUR FIRST ROMANTIC PARTNER. So if you’re allowed to break up and most certainly discuss your frivolous partners YOU ONCE CHOSE, why can’t a woman express her hurt over the MOST IMPORTANT partner she has ever had, & will ever have for the rest of her life? Can you imagine that agony? Having to deal with your ex for the rest of your life? When your past relationship was all sweet & dandy, you never once thought you’d make a great family? SO STFU THEN! ‘CAUSE THAT’S EXACTLY HOW THIS WOMAN ENDED UP PREGNANT BY THE MAN SHE FOUND OUT TO BE DEVIOUS! It’s not science. So though she chose this man, SHIT HAPPENED and she HAS TO DEAL! How she deals with hurt is ENTIRELY HER CHOICE. She OWNS HER STORY. She OWNS HER SOCIAL MEDIA PASSWORDS. HER SITUATION IS NOT YOUR CONCERN AT ALL!!!!!! SHUT! THE! HELL! UP! FORVER!!!
2. MANIPULATE IS A WORD FOR A REASON. You’ve never heard of that word? Probably you should #Google before reading on. It is a popular notion that women try to entrap men with children, BUT ARE YOU AWARE THIS HAPPENS TO WOMEN ALSO? Men who will put on a front, say and do anything to convince a woman he’s the perfect candidate to father her child, and completely change his mind when the child is already on the way or born…YES! THEY EXIST! So in this event where she is chosen, manipulated and fucked over…CAN YOU DIFFERENTIATE WHEN THIS OCCURS VS. SOME OTHER FORM OF DEMISE? NO.THE.FUCK.YOU.CAN’T!!!! Then why simplify her pain under an umbrella? Why is she ultimately the scapegoat for the disaster? Because essentially that’s what you’re saying, right? She CHOSE her pain so everything that comes with it is HER FAULT and she shouldn’t complain about HER CHOICES…RIGHT? IS IT NOW CLEARER HOW DUMB & ILLOGICAL YOU SOUND? 😩 As one of my faves recently put it…

IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE; HER life…HER babydaddy…HER business how SHE RUNS IT!
3. HUMANS ARE AN INNATELY FLAWED SPECIE. Are you so unaware of this premise? When can the words PERFECT and HUMAN ever be used realistically in the same sentence? NEVER! So whether or not someone chooses someone, please be ON THE ALERT that they acted WITH THE BEST INFORMATION THEY HAD AT THE TIME! But as IMPERFECT HUMAN BEINGS, that information is SUBJECT TO CHANGE and there’s absofuckinglutely nothing a woman can do to HINDER THIS CHANGE, THIS IMPERFECTION of another human being, from manifesting. NOTHING! So how is she deemed accountable for these imperfect actions? Why must she accept and deal with the repercussions in SILENCE? Dumbest, most illogical expectation EVER!
IS THAT FLUORESCENT BULB GOING OFF IN YOUR PUNY BRAIN? DON’T PUT YOUR MOUTH ON AFFAIRS OF THE HEART BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT THERE! YOU WILL NEVER FEEL WHAT SHE FEELS. YOU CAN NEVER OWN HER STORY!!!
Of course this post won’t stop your basic ass from cackling and kikiing and trying to bully women with your titles and bullshit based opinions; BUT it most certainly TURNED THE FOG LIGHTS BACK ONTO YOUR LANE. Can you see the dividing lines better now? Because that’s all that’s required for you to FOCUS ON YOUR LIFE PATH, what LIES AHEAD OF YOU, instead of swerving and CRASHING INTO ROADBLOCKS that’s damaging the little that’s left of your DIGNITY.
